Individual runways from Gesa Transporttechnik Gesa Transporttechnik plans and produces individual roller conveyors for your company! We manufacture roller conveyors in a wide variety of designs at our Klagenfurt location - for your individual, efficient, internal goods and Material transport. Our roller conveyors are a versatile transport system that is used in the warehouse, in packaging, in production or wherever goods have to be moved. Roller conveyors consist of three basic elements: the frame, the carrying rollers  and the < strong>Supports. These are available with feet or with castors including parking brakes for different locations. The roller conveyors can be infinitely expanded with the help of connecting elements and the height of the roller conveyors can also be adjusted using adjustable H- of shaped supports.

 

Our roller conveyor variants:

Roller conveyors are suitable for transporting goods of all sizes, shapes and materials. Depending on this, Gesa Transporttechnik offers different runway variants:

• Small roller conveyors are suitable for transporting smaller goods, as the center distance is very small, which prevents the objects being transported from falling through .
• Our light roller conveyors are suitable for transporting packaged goods that are relatively light - they are transported either manually or with a light 2% or 5% gradient by gravity.
• To adapt to all local conditions, the runway types are of course also available as curved elements . Any angle is possible. Common curve elements have 45° steps, but also any other individual special designs: S-shaped roller conveyor curves, divided, multi-lane, double-decker and individual curve designs are of course available from Gesa Transporttechnik.

Light runways and light runway curves

• Light roller conveyors are suitable for the transport of general cargo.
• Horizontal or with a gradient of about 2 to 5% due to gravity.
• The length of the roll, the diameter of the roll and the pitch of the roll depend on the size and weight of the goods to be transported.
• The conveyed goods should rest on at least 3 rollers.
• The frame consists of galvanized steel U-profiles 20 x 65 x 20 x 3 mm

and is screwed to horizontal spacer tubes that are also galvanized.

• The roll pitch can be changed in pitch increments of 25 mm using a 25 mm hole pattern.
• The support rollers consist of a steel or plastic tube Ø 50 mm with a spring axle Ø 10 mm.
• The pressed-in end shields are made of steel or plastic with steel balls.

Type KLRBS 20/30 and KLRBK 20/30

• Small roller conveyors are suitable for general cargo transport.
• horizontally or with a gradient of about 2 to 5% due to gravity.
• The length of the roll, the diameter of the roll and the pitch of the roll depend on the size and weight of the goods to be transported.
• The conveyed goods should rest on at least 3 rollers.
• The frame consists of U-profiles made of galvanized steel 20 x 65 x 20 x 3 mm and is screwed to horizontal spacer tubes that are also galvanized. Profiles can also be manufactured according to your wishes or requirements.
• With a hole pattern of 25 mm or 37.5 mm, the roll pitch can be changed in pitch steps of 25 mm or 37.5 mm.
• The support rollers consist of a steel or plastic tube of Ø 20 or Ø 30 mm with a spring axle of Ø 10 mm.
• The pressed-in end shields are made of plastic with steel balls.

  in the case of roller conveyors with support rollers Ø 20 mm, the frame profile protrudes 5 mm beyond the upper edge of the roller;< span class="s1">
  in the case of roller conveyors with support rollers Ø 30 mm, the frame profile ends with the upper edge of the roller

 

Roller conveyor with drive

Of course all of our roller conveyors  can be designed with one drive. The drive of the carrying rollers   takes place via double chain wheels, toothed belts or round belts from roller to roller and ensures optimal power transmission via chain slings. Depending on the dimensions and weight of the goods to be conveyed, the optimal design will be individually designed and worked out for you. For heavier goods to be transported, roller conveyors can also be produced in a more solid design.

Individual runways from Gesa – your advantages: All of our runways are made of lasered steel sections, welded, screwed and powder-coated. A color request in RAL colors is possible here. Further additions and special designs, such as wheel flanges, coating of the support rollers for sensitive conveyed goods, tread plates, side guides and much more are of course possible. Additional equipment such as a folding passage, rotating and swiveling unit with a fixed pivot point on one side and other special designs are also possible.
