Feed and discharge roller conveyor

The conveyor system is used to transport palletized goods. It consists of a feed and an outfeed roller conveyor, each 2,200 mm long and 1,670 mm wide. The connection between the two tracks is a lifting table that enables lateral movement. Ergonomics is of particular importance: By raising and lowering the lifting table, the appropriate working height for the employee can be set at any time. Both roller conveyors ensure a continuous flow of goods. While full pallets are being delivered and unloaded by employees, empty pallets can be removed at the same time. The roller conveyors consist of pallet roller rails (pitch approx. 100 mm). The system is equipped with ramming and collision protection.
