Flat lifting tables

Our flat lifting tables are used where heavy loads have to be lifted and height differences have to be bridged. Our flat lift tables are robust and versatile lifting devices, lifting is stepless and lowering is effortless and gentle. Due to the low height, our lifting tables can be lowered to a height of 85 mm and are easy to drive on. Structural changes in operation such as pits or ramps are no longer necessary due to the design of our flat lifting tables! Especially in production and logistics companies, the flat lifting tables are used for loading and unloading various processing machines or in the shipping department. Our flat lifting tables are most frequently used in production companies - as part of a conveyor line - since the material flow can be dynamically adjusted and optimized here in particular. These can be installed with little effort and converted to the respective tasks. In any case, loading with a simple fork lift truck is possible without any use of ramps, pits or the like. The operator drives into the free area of the lifting table and lowers the transported pallet directly onto the platform of the lifting table. The pallet truck can be removed and the lifting process can begin. Discharging takes place in reverse order.

Closed platform

Here, palletized or non-palletized heavy goods can be lifted or lowered to the desired height. The flat lifting table can be lowered to 85 mm and using a ramp using pallet truck be loaded or unloaded. Ramps or pits are no longer required for the assembly of flat lift tables. U platform

Forklifts and pallet trucks can drive in through the recess in the platform and the goods can be unloaded or picked up easily and conveniently. Our Flat lift tables HTF-U10 and our TIGER® flat lifting table in U-shape are already in use in many production halls.

E-Platform

Here the cutouts of the platform form the shape of an "E" 's. Compared to the U-platform, the additional bridge ensures stability of the load on the platform.

Special platform

Of course we also manufacture flat lifting tables with special platforms. Do not hesitate to give us a call - we would be happy to plan, construct and manufacture special platforms for your business. Due to the particularly low design of the flat lifting tables, the hydraulic unit and the Control outside of the lifting table. Motor, hydraulic tank and control are in a stable plastic box that can be set up mobile as a unit with a standard 3 m hose and Cable, as well as quick fastener supplied. Of course, we can convert these components according to your ideas, for example with a control cabinet or steel hood.

Quality and features of our flat lift tables

The compact hydraulic unit is equipped with a transparent tank - for easy visual checking of the oil level in the tank. The hydraulic unit is equipped with an overflow valve as standard. Suction and return filters are installed in the tank to minimize noise. The device is splash-proof according to IP65 with the motor IP55. The steel profile of the scissor arms offers excellent lateral stability and the use of pillow block bearings on the moving parts reduces bearing stress. Together with grease nipples for all pivot points and galvanized bolts, the bearings of our lifting tables have a very long service life. The cylinders are equipped with damping to ensure an almost silent and gentle lowering. The adjustable flow control valve ensures a constant flow rate when lowering. The lowering speed of the flat lifting tables is independent of the load. All our flat lifting tables have a CE mark and a hydraulic unit with protection class IP55. A smart control box offers options for a range of accessories. It is also possible to wire the control only with potential-free contacts on the terminal strip in order to integrate the lifting table into external controls.

Safety of the flat lift tables

Of course, our flat lifting tables are equipped with all the necessary safety devices. For example, each cylinder is equipped with a hose rupture valve to ensure an immediate stop in the event of a pipe or hose rupture. All lifting tables have an emergency stop switch and an optional key switch, which means that operation is only accessible to authorized persons. The very stable platform of the lifting tables also ensures safety in the workplace. To protect the feet, the floor panel is equipped with a raised bar and an electric foot protective contact strip on the underside of the platform reliably protects the operator from crushing when lowering the platform. Inspection and maintenance supports on the scissor links provide additional safety during maintenance work.

Beispiele hierfür sind Absturzsicherung durch Geländer auf der Plattform oder auch Unterlaufschutz in Form von Faltenbalg, Kunststoff-Rollo oder Vergitterung, damit niemand unter den Hubtisch gelangen kann. Abrollsicherung, bolzenverriegelte Plattform, Dämpfungspuffer, Unter- und Aufbauten, auch fahrbar, Öl-dichte Leckwannen, Aushubsicherung, Lichtschranken, ein oder mehrere Zwischenhalte der Plattform, Endlagendämpfung der Zylinder und/oder Verwendung von umweltverträglichem Hydrauliköl. Aber auch diverse Ausführungen der Steuerkonsole, wie Wand- und Schaltkastenmontage, Absperrbarkeit sind gängiges und lieferbares Zubehör. Und auch unterschiedliche Oberflächenbehandlungen, wie Verzinkung, Beschichtung in allen gängigen RAL-Farbtönen sind möglich.
