Light roller conveyor curves with plastic support rollers

carrying roller:
plastic rollers Ø 50 mm, ball bearing with continuous axle, firmly bolted

frame:
galvanized U-profile 20/65/20 mm, bolted with crossbars, total width = useful width + 40 mm

curves:
internal radius 800 mm, rollers in one or more parts depending on width

Note:
roller upper edge 10 mm above frame profile

load capacity:
with plastic rollers 20 - 25 kg per conveyed material (approximate value)

condition of the curve support rollers:
to track width 300 mm - 1-part rollers for track width 400 mm - 2-part rollers for track width 500-600 mm - 3-part rollers for track width 800 mm - 4-part rollers.
On request also available in stainless steel or with aluminium frame.

Delivery note:
with a pitch of 75 mm the total length of the conveyor belt changes - from 1,000 mm to 975 mm - from 2,000 mm to 1,950 mm In order to achieve a tilt free and smooth running of the conveyed material, the material must rest on at least three rollers. The centre distance or the pitch indicates the dimension from roller centre to roller centre.
