Corlettes® and loading equipment
With our loading equipment, rolltainers and Corlettes®, you can achieve maximum transport capacity with minimum effort. Our loading equipment and Corlettes® are designed for the operational transport of goods and are therefore particularly robust and reliable.

Rolltainer
This standard roll container is ideal for transporting goods of all kinds. Rolltainers ensure smooth transport processes in the company and efficient work.
With a very low dead weight, the rolltainer transports loads of up to max. 500 kg. The stable base plate is made of plastic with a frame reinforcement. The side walls are 1450 mm Usable height is simply plugged into the plastic floor platform. The chassis consists of 2 steering and 2 fixed castors Ø 108 mm, with polypropylene tires. -Of course, our roll containers can also be equipped with other wheels at the customer's request. Corletten®
Corlettes® are cross-industry transport solutions for goods handling. It consists of a roller plate and side rails that are simply inserted into the roller plate. Depending on the area of application and the type of load, two, three or four grid walls can be inserted into the roller plate.
The undercarriage consists of 4 castors, the plastic wheels ensure particularly smooth running on smooth floors and they are also good temperature resistance.
Corlettes are also a very space-saving means of transport, they can be folded up into an L-shape when empty and stacked.

Pallet attachments
In order to further improve the handling of pallets in the company, you will find pallet attachments at Gesa Transporttechnik. With these grid attachments, you can transform any pallet into a storage box in just a few simple steps.
The foldable pallet attachments are easily assembled if required and folded up again after use and stowed away to save space.
With the pallet attachments for Euro pallets, you have a secure storage option for storing and transporting goods. They are a quick and flexible solution to save valuable storage space.

Self-tipper
Our mobile tipping container is ideal for transporting various goods and allows the container to be emptied at ground level.
The automatic tipping takes place when the trough is unlocked when the container is approached.

Aluminium and plastic pallets
Aluminium pallets are particularly suitable for areas with high hygiene standards.
They are characterized by their low weight, are very stable and resilient. Aluminum pallets are corrosion-resistant, weather-resistant and can also be exposed to high temperature fluctuations.
Aluminium pallets are often used in hazardous material storage areas, clean rooms, quarantine storage areas and cold stores, but they are also ideal for use in conveyor systems and runways.

Plastic pallets are significantly lighter than ordinary wooden pallets and have a far longer service life. Due to the material, they are particularly hygienic, easy to clean and are therefore particularly suitable for the food and pharmaceutical industries.
