Right of withdrawal

Right of withdrawal for private customers

You have the right to cancel a contract within fourteen days. The revocation period starts from the day on which you or a third party named by you have taken possession of the goods.

In order to exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us within the period by a clear statement (e-mail, fax, letter) that you want to revoke the contract.

The right of withdrawal does not apply to goods that have been explicitly made to order or an individual request.

Consequences of the cancellation

If you cancel a contract, we will pick up the delivered goods. The cost of returning the goods will be borne by you.

You only have to pay for any loss of value of the goods, if this loss of value is due to a handling that is not necessary for you to check the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.
