The loading lift table compensates for the height difference between the truck and the fixed loading ramp - it is therefore designed for use in difficult operating conditions. With our loading lift tables, the platform can be raised in a lifting time of seconds and any useful stroke. With the segmented loading flap, which bridges the gap to the vehicle, the loading lift table is flexible and easy to adapt to the different vehicle widths and can therefore be precisely adapted to your needs. Furthermore, the scissor lift tables are designed in such a way that they withstand the environmental, noise and load loads, especially when there are frequent punctual wheel loads that occur when various vehicles and trucks drive on or cross the platform. The height of our loading lift tables varies with our different series types, but all models are also ideal for being installed in a pit. This makes loading operations even easier and can also be carried out at ground level.
Of course, our loading lifting tables come with all the necessary safety devices equipped. All-round safety protective contact strip, service opening in the platform and hose rupture protection are standard. These can also be expanded according to your specifications and adapted to your needs or local and factory regulations. As an option, this lifting table can be converted for applications that require high cycle rates. Ideal for integration and use in conveyor lines or in multi-shift operation.
With the appropriate Accessories the loading lift table can be adapted for many different applications at the customer's request. Examples of this are fall protection through railings on the platform or underrun protection in the form of bellows, plastic roller blinds or grating so that nobody can get under the lifting table. Roll-off protection, bolt-locked platform, damping buffers, substructures and superstructures, also mobile, oil-tight leak trays, lifting protection, light barriers, one or more intermediate stops of the platform, end-of-stroke cushioning of the cylinders and/or use of environmentally friendly hydraulic oil. But also various versions of the control console, such as wall and switch box mounting, lockability are common and available accessories. And different surface treatments, such as galvanizing, coating in all common RAL colors are also possible. We can also deliver almost all lifting tables in stainless steel. Special requirements such as explosion protection and clean room suitability on request.
