Our double scissor lift tables in tandem design consist of a combination of two single scissors in a row and thus achieve the desired capacity for the table platform of 2500 mm x 850 mm. The lifting movements of the two scissor assemblies are mechanically synchronized so that the parallel lifting function can be achieved. The compact hydraulic unit is equipped with a transparent tank - for easy visual checking of the oil level in the tank. The hydraulic unit is equipped with an overflow valve as standard. Suction and return filters are installed in the tank to minimize noise. The device is splash-proof according to IP65 with the motor IP55. The steel profile of the scissor arms offers excellent lateral stability and the use of pillow block bearings on the moving parts reduces bearing stress. Together with grease nipples for all pivot points and galvanized bolts, the bearings of our lifting tables have a very long service life. The cylinders are equipped with damping  to ensure an almost silent and gentle lowering. The adjustable flow control valve ensures a constant flow rate when lowering. The lowering speed of the double scissor lift tables is independent of the load. All our double scissor lift tables have a CE mark and a hydraulic unit with protection class IP55. An intelligent control box offers possibilities for a number of optional accessories. It is also possible to wire the control only with potential-free contacts on the terminal strip in order to integrate the lifting table into external controls.

Safety of the double scissor lift tables

Of course, our double scissor lift tables are equipped with all the necessary safety devices. For example, each cylinder is equipped with a hose rupture valve to ensure an immediate stop in the event of a pipe or hose rupture. All double scissor lift tables have an emergency stop switch and an optional key switch, which means that operation is only accessible to authorized persons. The very stable platform of the lifting tables also ensures safety in the workplace. To protect the feet, the floor panel is equipped with a raised bar and an electric foot protective contact strip on the underside of the platform reliably protects the operator from crushing when lowering the platform.  Inspection and maintenance supports on the scissor links provide additional safety during maintenance work.

Examples of this are fall protection through railings on the platform or underrun protection in the form of bellows, plastic roller blinds or grating so that nobody can get under the lifting table. Roll-off protection, bolt-locked platform, damping buffers, substructures and superstructures, also mobile, oil-tight leak trays, lifting protection, light barriers, one or more intermediate stops of the platform, end-of-stroke cushioning of the cylinders and/or use of environmentally friendly hydraulic oil. But also various versions of the control console, such as wall and switch box mounting, lockability are common and available accessories. And different surface treatments, such as galvanizing, coating in all common RAL colors are possible. We can also supply almost all lifting tables in stainless steel.
