Forklifter – THE machine lifter for maintenance work

Our Forklifter is the ideal hydraulic lifting device for the Maintenance work by Forklifts. This allows you to lift your forklift safely and easily during maintenance and repair work.

Wherever forklifts and industrial trucks are in use, sooner or later maintenance work will have to be carried out. The equipment must be safely lifted in order to be able to carry out this work, and this is exactly where our hydraulic jacks come into play.

The Forklifter looks like a car jack - and it works in a similar way:

The special lifting foot is pushed under the floor conveyor. It is operated manually using a pump lever that can be removed.  By pumping several times, the forklifter is raised hydraulically to the desired height. The height always depends on the model of the forklifter and also on the load. Our models have an overload valve for additional protection against possible overloading. When lowering, we only loosen a drain plug on the forklifter. This is how the lifted device is brought back to the ground in a controlled manner.

All components of the Forklifter are firmly welded together, it is particularly robust and stable and ideally suited for use both indoors and outdoors. It is easy to transport and can be used anywhere. Since the attachment height of the lifting foot is very low, it can also be used to lift very low-lying conveyors.
