Our work baskets and work platforms offer safety during repair and maintenance work at high workplaces such as building sites, machine systems, ceiling lighting, inventory activities, etc. and comply with the accident prevention regulations (UVV) .
The attachable work basket consists of a robust steel construction, it is secured by a locking pin that prevents it from slipping off the forklift fork. Our workman basket is equipped with a tool tray as standard so that repair work can be carried out safely, conveniently and in an organized manner.
Attachments for loading work:
The loading beam is an attachment for your forklift, which is ideal for internal transport. For example, grasping forceps can be attached to the traverse. Because the loading beam is attached to both forks of the forklift, it has greater stability than, for example, a load hook. A wing nut serves as a safeguard against slipping off the forks. The rotatable safety swivel hook enables a wide range of possible uses.
Our loading hook is a versatile accessory for the forklift truck when it comes to simple and safe transport in the company. For example, chain hangers, grasping forceps or products can be hung on the hook. The robust steel construction has a rotatable safety swivel hook and a wing screw prevents it from slipping off the forks.
With the lattice box traverse - for crane transport for forklift trucks - you can move standard lattice boxes easily, safely and conveniently. The boxes are picked up by the lattice box traverse on the upper frame, lifted with the crane arm and transported hanging. The load capacity of these trusses is 1000 kg. You can easily lift, lower or move loads with the load arm for forklift trucks. Regardless of whether it is used in logistics or production, this attachment has many advantages. Because in addition to the lifting and lowering function of the forklift, the load arm enables:

Forklift attachments and capacity
When using attachments on the truck, the actual lifting capacity of the truck changes. The weight of the attachment and also the stem dimensions play a decisive role. Because even a fork extension reduces the residual capacity of the forklift due to its weight and the shift in the center of gravity. The usable residual capacity must be taken into account when planning the deployment of all attachments , also to prevent the truck from tipping over at a certain lift height.

When an attachment is attached to a truck, it changes the truck's overall center of gravity. The truck's center of gravity is exactly under the vehicle without a load. The additional load of the attachment moves it forward. Please also note that attachments also reduce the load capacity of the forklift, as the forklift attachment also has a high dead weight. Legal regulations: Never use untested, home-made constructions. Forklift attachments must comply with the accident prevention regulations (UVV).
