Customer request:
This laboratory needed a stacker truck that would meet the strict hygiene standards and be able to safely lift and hold pallets with sensitive laboratory materials in an ergonomically advantageous position. The solution had to be acid resistant and also easy to clean to avoid possible contamination of the laboratory environment.

Our solution:
As an optimal solution for the pharmaceutical industry, a high-lift truck for the laboratory was made of high-quality stainless steel, which had closed forks and a minimum of cavities to prevent contamination from the floor. The high-lift truck has also been equipped with anti-static wheels to prevent any static charging.

Metal company tilts goods 90 degrees – and increases efficiency and security

Challenge:
This metal company wanted the production processes and at the same time safety optimize workflows. The company produces tubes on coils, which must be treated with special care. These heavy tube rolls have to be removed from a machine during production and tilted 90 degrees for further processing.

Our solution:
The metal company was equipped with a specially made electric tilting device Logitilt, whose forks have been replaced by two short, rubberized brackets. In addition, the fork carriage has been widened and fitted with a rubber plate to protect the goods.

With the tailor-made Logitilt , the metal company was able to optimize the workflow, increase safety and reduce physical strain in production to a minimum.

The efficient roller rotator – when paper rolls have to be transported, lifted and turned

Challenge:
Preparing the paper material is very difficult for web presses. The paper has to be lifted, transported and on the printing machine the rolls have to be turned horizontally to clamp them.

Our solution:
When heavy reels need to be transported, lifted and rotated, the reel rotator is the perfect choice. It is compact, very manoeuvrable and ensures ergonomically correct working conditions for the user. The rollers can only be rotated at lifting heights above 825 mm, so that the gripper arms do not hit the floor or legs. With the digital controller you have everything under control. Multiple stop positions, rotation angles and rotation speed can be programmed. The load capacity is 500 kg. The robust construction, the long service life and the low maintenance costs characterize this product.
