Conveyor belts from GESA for the optimal transport and production process

With our conveyor belts you can transport quickly, gently and quietly. They are ideal for transporting all light to medium-weight goods - for small parts of different sizes, uphill or downhill, safely and reliably. Various belt designs such as: smooth, ribbed, oil and cut resistant, with and without structure, with driver, corrugated edges. All these options can be selected for optimal use in your company. 

All conveyor belts are specially planned and produced according to your individual requirements and wishes.

You can choose an individual conveyor belt width/belt width between 200 mm - 1200 mm. The Track lengths  can also be individually adjusted and range up to a maximum of 6000 mm.  A powerful electric motor ensures that the material to be conveyed is moved at a constant speed. On request, our conveyor belts can of course also be ordered with a frequency converter, which enables the conveyor speed to be continuously adjusted. - For optimal and additional flexibility of your material flow. All our conveyor belts are equipped with an EMERGENCY STOP switch  - for your safety at work.

Conveyor belts are suitable for horizontal, ascending or descending general cargo transport. The drive power and the design of the conveyor belt depend on the weight, size and nature of the goods to be conveyed. The carrying capacity depends on the width and the distance between the supports. The frame consists of anodized aluminum profiles 45 x 45 mm with screwed cross braces. The conveyor belt is carried on a slide plate, either galvanized or made of stainless steel.

The drive is via a chain or directly via a slip-on gear by a three-phase geared motor, either 230 V or 400 V, 50 Hz. This is standard on the right or left of the drive drum in the conveying direction mounted on the train side. The conveyor belts are selected after consultation depending on the product and application.

Conveyor belts are suitable for horizontal, ascending or descending general cargo transport. The drive power and the design of the conveyor belt depend on the weight, size and nature of the goods to be conveyed.

The load capacity depends on the belt width and support distance. The frame consists of galvanized steel U-profiles 25 x 100 x 25 x 3 mm and is bolted to galvanized transverse spacer tubes. The conveyor belt is worn on a galvanized or stainless steel slide plate.

The drive is via a chain or directly via a slip-on gear by a three-phase geared motor, either 230 V or 400 V, 50 Hz. This is standard on the right or left of the drive drum in the conveying direction mounted on the train side. The conveyor belts are selected after consultation depending on the product and application.

Link conveyors / modular conveyors

The GESA link chain conveyor belts are used when the belt conveyors reach their limits. They are particularly suitable for sheep-edged products, for light and heavy goods.

They are also popular in the food industry because they are easier to clean and easier to maintain.
