Conveyor rollers: overview of the product range

Depending on the area of application, you will find conveyor rollers in a wide variety of designs. They are mainly used in material conveyor lines. Our conveyor tubes are the main component of roller tracks. They are used, for example, in flow racks, guide rails in conveyor systems, roller conveyors and roller carpets, packaging and/or picking tables. The material, the load capacity and the bearing (plain bearing or ball bearing) of the conveyor rollers depend on the use, the area of application and the load capacity of the respective conveyor rollers in the roller tracks.

All-side rolls

Diameter: from Ø 40 to max. 120 mm
Dynamic load capacity: from 5 kg to max. 120 kg

Universal rollers are suitable for transporting light goods. They are used in companies on conveyor lines to facilitate and at the same time accelerate work processes

Advantages of omnidirectional rolls:

• 360 degree maneuverability with no need to turn or swivel the wheels
• precise positioning
• no greater effort or resistance due to misaligned castors
• Rollers made of polyamide or polyurethane
• available with a single, double or triple row, infinitely expandable by combining several all-round rollers next to each other
• unlimited applications such as:
  roller conveyors in of conveyor technology - the use of multi-directional rollers makes it possible to convey in four different directions, each at a 90° angle to one another

All-side roller rails

All-round roller tracks are used wherever flat containers, load carriers or workpieces are rotated, sorted, diverted or picked. The dimensions and the weight of the goods to be conveyed determine the distance between the rollers and rails. The profile is galvanized (layer thicknesses from 5 to 40 µm) and each roller can be replaced individually.
