Pneumatic wheels are air-filled wheels consisting of a wheel body with a roller bearing and a pneumatic tire. They are preferably used when transporting shock-sensitive products or when transporting on rough, uneven surfaces. Because air-filled wheels are suitable for both indoor and outdoor use, you'll find them on all kinds of products - from transport carts to transport equipment and wheelbarrows.

Air-filled wheels are characterized by their versatile properties and have many advantages.

Advantages of air-filled wheels:

• Ideal for transporting heavy goods on uneven ground
• Threshold crossings are no problem
• The air cushion protects sensitive floors
• damping when transporting sensitive goods

NOTE:
Please make sure to check the air pressure regularly. If the amount of air in the tires decreases, the load capacity of the wheels also decreases!

Our pneumatic tires differ not only in load capacity (50 - 2145 kg), diameter (185 - 520 mm) or in the wheel width (45 - 170 mm) - At Gesa you will also find apparatus wheels in various series type designs as well as swivel and fixed castors with and without brakes.

Our pneumatic wheels also differ in terms of the wheel profile. A distinction is made here between a groove profile and a block profile:

Groove profile:

GBL series
Load capacity: 50 - 250 kg
Tread: Rubber

Wheels of the GBL series have a pneumatic tire with a tube on a galvanized sheet steel rim. The tires are available with groove and block profiles and, depending on the variant, the wheels contain roller or grooved ball bearings. The GBL series wheels can be used at temperatures from -25 °C to +50 °C.



GKL series
Load capacity: 50 - 250 kg
Tread: Rubber

Pneumatic tires with groove or lug profile, with tube. Gentle on the floor. Low rolling resistance on uneven floors. Plastic rim.

SEB series
Load capacity: 412 - 2145 kg
Tread: Rubber

Wheels of the SEB series are wheels with tires made of vulcanized elastic rubber with three components on a galvanized sheet steel rim. The tires are available with groove (RIB) and block profile (LUG) and the wheels are equipped with groove ball bearings. The SEB series wheels can be used at temperatures from -25 °C to +80 °C.

SEB series
Load capacity: 195 - 2145 kg
Tread: Rubber

Wheels of the SEB series are wheels with tires made of vulcanized elastic rubber with three components on a galvanized sheet steel rim. The tires are available with grooved (RIB) and block profile(LUG) and the wheels are equipped with groove ball bearings. The SEB series wheels can be used at temperatures from -25 °C to +80 °C .

PUK/PUS series
Load capacity: 100 - 140 kg
Tread: polyurethane

Wheels in the PUK and PUS series are wheels with a tread made of foamed polyurethane on a plastic rim (PUK) or Sheet steel rim (PUS).
The wheels are an alternative to pneumatic tires!
They are puncture-proof, non-marking, vibration-damping, with low rolling resistance.
