They can be used at temperatures far into the minus range (max. -70°C) as well as at very high temperatures (max. +400°C). Our heat-resistant wheels are therefore ideal for use in the food industry, medical technology or in various industrial sectors.

Series KNGF -30°C to +150°C Polyamide 6
Wheels in the KNGF series are one-piece injection-moulded plastic wheels made from high-quality glass-fibre reinforced polyamide 6, heat-resistant up to +150 °C. The wheels have a very high chemical resistance to many aggressive media. 100% suitable for all sectors of the food industry, 100% recyclable. Recommended for use in wet and hot conditions, suitable for steam tunnels and salt water.

Castors from the KNGF RI series have a stainless sheet steel housing made from 1.4301 (AISI 304) with bolt hole attachment, KNGF LI/BI series castors strong>are equipped with a plate attachment. Fork head with double ball race and a slewing ring clearance adapted to high-temperature use. Grease-free slewing ring for the highest standards of cleanliness and temperature resistance, RoHS-compliant.
KPMTW series -40°C to +300°C ditherm
Wheels of the KPMTW series are DITHERM wheels injection molded in one piece from high-quality compounds and special fibres, heat-resistant up to +300 °C. High chemical resistance to many aggressive media. They meet all recommended flammability, smoke and toxicity standards. 100% suitable for the food industry and for any oven application that requires a continuous temperature up to +280°C - with peaks of +300°C. Also for the cooling area down to -40 °C. DITHERM wheels have excellent resistance to temperature differences.

Wheels of the KPSTW series are made of a special THT composite material, temperature resistant from -70 to +280 °C, resistant to breakage and chipping. They are highly resistant to chemicals, oils and harsh cleaning agents. Minimum rolling resistance due to the characteristics of the material, which ensures silent running even with the plain bearing design. Not chalking.

Wheels of the GKH series consist of a DITHERM rim on which a special, heat-resistant 72° Shore A rubber tread is vulcanized. For extremely high temperatures up to +260 °C. Thanks to the special manufacturing process, the wheels are of the highest quality, durable and versatile.
