Tread: Elastic rubber 63° Shore A

Wheels in the DN series consist of a polyamide rim on which a high-quality, black ELASTIC® rubber tyre in wheel quality with a hardness of approx. 63° Shore A is directly vulcanized on. The wheels are equipped with roller or deep groove ball bearings.

DN R series

Load capacity: 180-350 kg
Tread: Elastic rubber 63° Shore A

Wheels in the DN R series have a sheet steel housing with bolt hole fastening. Fork head with double ball ring. The base plate is firmly riveted to the fork part, we ensure that there is little play in the fork head with high ease of movement.

Tread: Elastic rubber 63° Shore A

Wheels in the DN L/B series have a sheet steel housing with plate attachment. Fork head with double ball race and sealing ring against the ingress of dirt and dust. The base plate is firmly riveted to the fork part, we ensure that there is little play in the fork head with high ease of movement.

Wheels in the DN LG/BG series have a sheet steel housing with plate attachment. Fork head with double ball ring and with hardened bearing shells. The greased ball tracks are protected against the ingress of dirt and dust with sealing rings. The base plate is firmly screwed to the fork part and secured, while we ensure that there is little play in the fork head with the greatest possible ease of movement.

Wheels in the WN series consist of a polyamide rim on which a high-quality, grey ELASTIC® rubber tyre in wheel quality with a hardness of approx. 63° Shore A is vulcanized directly. The wheels are equipped with roller or deep groove ball bearings.

WN R series

Load capacity: 180-350 kg

The BN R series has a sheet steel housing with bolt hole fastening. Fork head with double ball ring. The base plate is riveted firmly to the fork part, making sure there is little play in the fork head high ease of movement.

Wheels in the GS series consist of a steel rim on which a high-quality, black ELASTIC® rubber tire in wheel quality with a hardness of approx. 73° Shore A is directly vulcanized or pressed on. The wheels are available with groove ball bearings as standard.

DB LG/BG series

Load capacity: 350-700 kg
Tread: Elastic rubber 63° Shore A

Sheet steel housing with plate attachment. Fork head with double ball race and with hardened bearing shells. The greased ball tracks are protected against the ingress of dirt and dust with sealing rings. The base plate is firmly screwed to the fork part and secured, while we ensure that there is little play in the fork head with the greatest possible ease of movement.

Series DB LLAK/BBAK

Load capacity: 350-1000 kg
Tread: Elastic rubber 63° Shore A

Steering forks with plate attachment of the LLAK series are welded steel constructions in heavy design. The slewing ring in the fork head is equipped with a Axial deep groove ball bearing(DIN 711/ISO 104) and Tapered roller bearing (DIN 720/ISO 355) with double bearings. Although the bearings are lubricated for life, they can also be relubricated via a grease nipple if necessary. Fork part and fork head are screwed to a very robust central bolt and secured by riveting, the fork is yellow chromated.

Wheels in the GG series consist of a cast rim on which a high-quality, black ELASTIC® rubber tyre in wheel quality with a hardness of approx. 63° Shore A is directly vulcanized or pressed on. The wheels are available with groove ball bearings as standard.

Wheels in the GS series consist of a steel rim on which a high-quality, black ELASTIC® rubber tyre in wheel quality with a hardness of approx. 73° Shore A is directly vulcanized or pressed on. The wheels are available with groove ball bearings as standard.

Wheels of the GS series consist of a steel rim onto which a high-quality, black ELASTIC® rubber tire in wheel quality with a hardness of approx. 73° Shore A is directly vulcanized or vulcanised . The wheels are available with groove ball bearings as standard.

GG LLAK / BBAK series

Load capacity: 700-4500 kg
Tread: Elastic rubber 73° Shore A

Steering forks with plate attachmentof the LLAK series are heavy-duty welded steel constructions. The slewing ring in the fork head is supported twice with an axial grooved ball bearing (DIN 711/ISO 104) and tapered roller bearing (DIN 720/ISO 355). Although the bearings are lubricated for life, they can also be relubricated via a grease nipple if necessary. Fork part and fork head are screwed to a very robust central bolt and secured by riveting, the fork is yellow chromated.
