Overview of series types:
Series APE/ AKN/ATE
Load capacity: 100-150 kg
Tread: Polyamide 70° Shore D, polyurethane 75° and 92° Shore A
APE = polyurethane tread 92 Shore A, yellow
AKN = Polyamide tread, white
ATE = tread polyurethane 75 Shore A, blue
Rollers from the APE/AKN/ATE series are castors with polyurethane tires (APE/ATE) or polyamide (AKN). These are castors with a yellow (polyurethane 92° Shore A), white (polyamide) or blue (polyurethane 75° Shore A) tread on an aluminum wheel center (AKN wheel center made of thermoplastic polyamide PA6 natural).
AK series
Load capacity: 40-60 kg
Tread: Polyamide
AK series wheels are lightweight wheels, injection molded from recycled black polyamide. The wheels are delivered in plain bearing design.
Series AG
Load capacity: 40-60 kg
Tread: Thermoplastic elastomer 90° Shore A
Wheels from the ATP series are light wheels with dark gray TPE tires (thermoplastic elastomer) on light gray polypropylene rims. These wheels are supplied with plastic thread guards and ball bearings.
EP series
Load capacity: 40-60 kg
Tread: Polyamide
AK series wheels are lightweight wheels, injection molded from recycled black polyamide. The wheels are delivered in plain bearing design.
LKA - ZKA series
Load capacity: 100 kg
Tread: Thermogrey® 85° Shore A
Plastic body with panel mount. There is a sealed 2RS ball bearing in the clevis. The ball bearing is protected against the ingress of dirt and dust. The base plate with four screw holes is firmly riveted and secured to the fork part to ensure the greatest possible ease of movement with minimal play in the fork head. Wheels in the EP series consist of a light gray polypropylene rim onto which dark gray TPE tires (thermoplastic elastomer) with approx. 85° shore A are sprayed. The wheels are available with deep groove ball bearings as standard.
