Wheels in the RE series consist of a one-piece aluminum rim onto which a hard polyurethane tire, Wicke Rockthane® 96° Shore A, is cast. The Rockthane® tire, which is bonded to the rim with a special adhesion promoter, is abrasion-resistant, has low rolling and starting resistance, good traction properties and runs quietly.
