This fork tine protection, also called fork tine shield, meets the requirements of the BGHW trade association as well as the road traffic approval regulations StVZO and therefore allows you to drive your forklift truck empty in public traffic. With the fork tine protection you avoid accidents in your company and in public traffic, caused by the unprotected forks of your forklift facing forward. The forklift tine guard has a safeguard to prevent the fork tine shield from slipping off. According to the BG regulations, the tips of the fork extensions must be covered when driving empty. According to StVZO §30c (1), a reflective warning tape is prescribed, which points both to the right and to the left.
