Quick and effective picking – Tiger ® OPL 25

The Tiger® OPL is a low-level order picker with strong performance and excellent  stability when increasing or decreasing speed thanks to the AC drive and control. In addition, the electric steering system and the German REMA multifunction handle ensure high work efficiency and driving comfort. The floating shock absorption platform with 4-point structure and rubber pads minimize the vibrations. The ergonomically curved backrest can efficiently avoid driver fatigue.

The side battery design allows for quick and easy replacement in multi-shift operations. Fully upgraded features make picking easier and more efficient, offering various optional configurations such as an extension bracket, warning light, blue light, drive-in rollers, storage tray, dual USB charging port, etc.

The multifunctional control instrument can display vehicle condition, battery capacity, working time, driving speed and steering angle. If something goes wrong, the instrument's outer ring light changes from blue to red.

The standard PIN code switch can be provided with multiple start passwords, the ID card also supports starting the order picker.< /span>

Battery replacement compartment on the side and adjustable carrying handle make changing the battery easier and faster.

A variety of expansion and mounting devices are available to meet the needs of various expansion devices such as: B. WMS display, barcode scanner, storage compartment, etc. 

The jog button on either side of the truck allows the operator to drive the truck forward/backward or raise the forks while working on the side (this also reduces the speed of the device). It is therefore no longer necessary for the operator to climb into the forklift to operate it. - This has greatly improved picking efficiency and operational security.
