Conveyor belts are suitable for horizontal, rising or falling unit loads. The drive power and the design of the conveyor belt depend on the weight, size and nature of the material to be conveyed. The load capacity depends on the belt width and support distance. The frame consists of galvanized steel U-profiles 25 x 100 x 25 x 3 mm and is bolted to galvanized transverse spacer tubes. The transport belt is carried on a galvanised sliding plate.

The drive is effected via chain or directly via a slip-on gear by a three-phase gear motor 230/400 V, 50 Hz. As standard, this is mounted on the drive drum on the right or left-hand side of the drive drum on the traction side in the conveying direction. The conveyor belts are selected according to the product and the application.
