Swivel castor with wheel type TG

Swivel forks with LLAKF series top plate are made in heavy duty welded steel construction, the swivel fork is yellow chromatised. The swivel head is equipped with a precision axial ball bearing (DIN 711/ISO 104) and a tapered roller bearing (DIN 720/ISO 355). The load is absorbed with a spring package, existing of a steel spring and an elastomer spring element. The spring forces can be changed on customers demand by assembling other spring packages. Wheels of the series TG are made of a high quality grey cast iron wheel centre with a vulcanised soft polyurethane Wicke Redthane® 75° shore A tyre. The Redthane® tyre is bonded to the wheel centre with a special bonding agent. The tyre is abrasion resistant with low starting and rolling resistance, very good traction features and is extremely quiet running. The tyre is cut proof and has good tear strength. The wheels are with ball bearings.
