Sheet steel housing with plate mounting. There is a sealed 2RS ball bearing in the fork crown. The ball bearing is protected against the ingress of dirt and dust. The base plate with four screw holes is firmly screwed to the fork part and secured to ensure the greatest possible ease of movement with the least play in the fork head.

Wheels in the ME series consist of a one-piece aluminum rim with a soft polyurethane tire, wick Midthane® 85° Shore A is poured. The Midthane® tire, which is bonded to the rim with a special adhesion promoter, is abrasion-resistant, has low rolling and starting resistance, very good traction properties and runs extremely quietly. The tire is cut-resistant with very good values for tear resistance and tear resistance. The wheels are equipped with deep groove ball bearings as standard.
