Sheet steel housing with plate mounting. Fork head with double ball race and hardened bearing shells. The greased ball tracks are protected with sealing rings against the ingress of dirt and dust. The base plate is screwed firmly to the fork part and secured, we pay attention to minimal play in the fork head with as much ease as possible.

Wheels of the EE series consist of an aluminum rim with a soft polyurethane tire, Wicke Elasthane® 65° Shore A, is poured. The Elasthane® tire, which is bonded to the rim with a special adhesion promoter, is abrasion-resistant, has low rolling and starting resistance, very good traction properties and runs extremely quietly. The tire is cut-resistant with very good values for tear resistance and tear resistance. The wheels are equipped with deep groove ball bearings as standard.
