SB-G-KU = galvanized housing with plastic ball.

All load capacity data apply to use with upright ball. The load-bearing capacity is reduced for overhead installation. On request, seals for higher requirements can be used at extra cost.

Ball transfer units with threaded studs for secure gripping by robot arm

For precise integration into the production process, we developed a ball transfer table where the robot arm lifts the product from the table. To ensure that the robot can reliably grip the product despite the ball transfers, we used special ball transfers with threaded studs. This innovative solution creates a stable, secure connection between the table and the product, allowing the robot arm to pick up the product efficiently and safely without any slippage or mishandling.
