They meet all recommended flammability, smoke and toxicity standards. 100% suitable for the food industry and for any oven application that requires a continuous temperature up to +280 °C - with peaks of +300 °C. Also for cooling down to -40 °C. DITHERM wheels have excellent resistance to temperature differences.
