Sheet steel housing with plate mounting. Fork head with double ball race and hardened bearing shells. The greased ball tracks are protected with sealing rings against the ingress of dirt and dust. The base plate is firmly screwed and secured to the fork part, we pay attention to minimal play in the fork head with the greatest possible ease of movement.

Wheels of the DB series consist of a heavy sheet metal rim on which a high-quality, black wicker is applied. ELASTIC® rubber tires in impeller quality with a hardness of approx. 63° Shore A are vulcanized directly. The wheels are available with deep groove ball bearings as standard.
