NDIIThane® is a high-performance elastomer (NDI) developed in-house for dynamic loads based on the raw material naphthylene diisocyanate. A high-strength bond to the metal during the hot-casting process is important. In contrast to solid rubber tires, NDIIThane® wheels can withstand loads up to 2.5 times higher and have the best mechanical properties for abrasion, elasticity, tear resistance and compression set. This results in long operating times and low maintenance costs.
